For the past few months, our small team has been navigating an unexpected challenge. A billion-dollar company has taken legal action to force us out of business, citing trademark concerns despite our businesses having virtually no overlap in the market.

This practice is known as "trademark bullying"—a tactic often used by major corporations to eliminate small, creative businesses. While we have the option to fight, we have made the difficult decision to walk away. We would rather dedicate our remaining energy and resources to our mission than to a long, draining legal battle that keeps us from doing what we love.
